The support page for Coast Computing & Technology consists of two sections. Part one consists of compiled support information that is most popular by our customers, e.g. hardware drivers and specific OS informational downloads. The other section of Coast support is for customers to utilize ScreenConnect's remote control software to troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues, and for client software education.


Remote Control/Chat

We utilize Remote Computer Repair for emergency service. Remote Service allows a fast way to analyze and troubleshoot software problems. Software accounts for over 90% of computer problems. Utilizing remote service allows the customer to watch while problems are analyzed. Remote control tools can be used for:
  • Virus/Malware removal
  • Troubleshoot problems
  • Software education and computer maintenance

Available 24/7 with little or no wait time. When instructed by a support engineer, a session will be created and Coast Remote Service will instruct you how to connect.
